The "Built By KCH" system, website content, logos, and digital materials are the intellectual property of KCH Ventures LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased digital products for your personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce our materials without express written consent.

4. SMS & Mobile Messaging

If you opt-in to receive SMS text messages from KCH Ventures LLC, the following terms apply:

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
• For assistance, reply HELP to any message.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Payment & Refunds

Consulting: Payment terms for consulting services are outlined in your specific client agreement.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the specific product page.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KCH Ventures LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
